At its March 25, 2002 meeting, the RASCW Board of Directors elected Kathie Bahman to the office of President-elect. She is the managing broker of the condominium division with Gorman & Company.

Kathie has been a RASCW Member for seven years. She has served on numerous committees including Real Estate Transactions, Professional Standards and Zoo Benefit.

She enjoys working with many of you daily as extended co-workers selling condominiums. Kathie strives to work to educate buyers on the importance of working with REALTORS® in this challenging time of computer based competition. She says, "I realize the importance of working closely, professionally and fairly with my extended office of fellow Members." She brings these values with her to the Board of Directors.

Kathie will be installed as President in January 2003. Please join us in congratulating Kathie on her election.
