The long awaited WIREX database of shared MLS listings is right around the corner. Listing information from the South Central Wisconsin MLS Corporation, the Northeast Wisconsin MLS and the Metro (Milwaukee Area) MLS have been merged, and the database is going through its final testing. It is anticipated that a "go live" date will be announced shortly, giving members access to listing data from the three founding MLS databases. The goal of the WIREX initiative is to bring MLS data from around the state into one database that can be accessed locally in the Paragon program. We hope everyone sees the benefits and marketing advantages that WIREX brings to the industry.
