This year's installation was held on January 8th at the Maple Bluff Country Club. Highlighting the evening was the installation of Ted Krez as the 2009 President of the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin, and Tom Matson as the President of the South Central Wisconsin MLS Corporation.

Joining in on the new Association Board of Directors are: Dan Leeder, of Park Bank; Greg Hull, of the Condo Shoppe/BBM Realty; Dianne Reierson, of Keller Williams Realty; Nancy Smith, of First Weber Group; Paul Spellman of Gannon Company, Realtors®; and Charlie Wills, of First Weber Group.

Gratitude for their leadership this past year goes out to Paula Schmelzer, 2008 RASCW President, and Bob Courter, 2008 SCWMLS President. Their forward thinking approach to management has kept our organizations on the cutting edge of the industry.

Leaving the RASCW Board are: Jill Bilhorn, Vern Jesse, Paula Schmelzer and Mary Fish. We thank them for their service to our Members and our Association. Your leadership has been appreciated.
