As we move a little further into the new year, we've heard some positive and negative news on the housing front. Many of our members are talking about how much activity is going on. Let's hope that the trend continues and we have some positive results to share with our clients. It is important that we keep our heads up and get out there and be part of the solution. I encourage all of you to stay in touch with the developments in our market, including the stimulus plans, and to share all the good news that exists in South Central Wisconsin. How do we do this? By being involved, staying involved and getting involved. There are so many great ways to give back in our communities and I hope that you reach out and encourage others to do the same.
