Short Sale Seminar and Discussion
Having to deal with short sale situations has become all to common for many of us. To help you through all the difficult issues, please plan to attend a free seminar and discussion hosted by local pros. The event will be held on June 4, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Experts will be available to lead discussions about how you can make a troubled transaction go smoother. Topics will include: how to work with the seller’s lender to get timely responses; expectations for timeframes in the transaction; dealing with default judgments and tax liens; common property defects to expect when showing foreclosures; and how to be proactive when dealing with buyers and sellers during the negotiation process. Dealing with these properties is becoming more and more common, and you need to learn the tricks in making them a little easier. The class is free, and will be held in the Education Center in the lower level of the WRA building at: 4801 Forest Run Road.
