RICK DELUCA
The Event's featured speaker is Rick DeLuca, one of the most popular speakers in the country. Rick assists those in the real estate industry in their efforts to adapt to a changing real estate market. He is an experienced real estate broker who has been out there on the firing line just like you.

Rick's record speaks for itself:

  • He sold 42 homes his first year in the business.
  • He has earned both Salesman of the Year and REALTOR® of the Year honors from the State of Nevada.
  • In a market with a population of 200,000 people, Rick averaged nearly 200 sales per year for six consecutive years.
  • During his most productive year ever, Rick closed 292 transactions.

Regardless of your experience level, Rick promises to share ideas that will both increase your production and allow you to work smarter, rather than just harder.

Rick will present two general sessions. The morning session is titled The Market is Changing Are You? For much of the real estate industry the local market is transitioning towards a more normal level of activity. However, many in the industry are having difficulty adjusting. This program is designed to share strategies and systems that will bring solid work habits to both new and experienced agents enabling them to achieve a consistently high level of production.

The afternoon session is titled From Good to Great. This session is for those agents who are already successful, but want to reach for the next level of production. Increase your sales volume while learning specific ideas to work more efficiently.

RETURNING TO THE BLITZ: SUITCASES FOR KIDS
RASCW joined the national service project designed to collect and distribute new and gently used suitcases, duffel bags and backpacks for foster children who are frequently forced to move from home to home. This program was kicked off at Blitz 2006 where 315 suitcases were donated for foster care programs throughout Dane, Sauk and Columbia counties meeting the immediate needs of the agencies. We will once again be collecting donations at the Blitz and distributing them throughout the three counties. Please remember to bring a suitcase to the Blitz on March 8, 2007.
