Thank you for considering membership in the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin. As a Member of RASCW you are invited to take advantage of our many exceptional services, products, and benefits. Membership is on an individual basis and is not company-wide. Individuals join as either a REALTOR® or as an Affiliate. Benefits of joining include newsletters with up to date industry information, educational offerings, dispute resolution, networking events, sponsorship and advertising opportunities, advocacy, and consumer outreach.
REALTOR® Membership
If you are a licensed sales agent or broker or a certified or licensed appraiser, you will be joining RASCW as a REALTOR® member. Membership in a local association automatically extends your membership to the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association and the National Association of REALTORS®.
To join, you must complete the Membership Application and pay initiation fees and prorated dues. Once you join, you are required to attend a New Member Orientation session within 3 sessions of joining.

Designated REALTOR® Membership
Each firm (or office in the case of firms with multiple office locations) shall designate in writing one REALTOR® member who shall be responsible for all duties and obligations of membership, including the obligation to arbitrate (or to mediate if required by the association) pursuant to Article 17 of the Code of Ethics and the payment of association dues. The “Designated REALTOR®” must be a sole proprietor, partner, corporate officer, or branch office manager acting on behalf of the firm’s principal(s), and must meet all other qualifications for REALTOR® membership.

Affiliate Membership
If you do not hold a real estate license but work in the industry, you will be joining RASCW as an Affiliate member. Such fields include lending, title, law, home warranty, home inspection, movers and property management. By joining RASCW you will establish relationships with REALTORS® and other industry partners that can help your business grow.
To join, you must complete the Membership Application and pay prorated dues.
