President’s Message: Cindy Ulsrud

 August 10, 2020      webadmin

Welcome to August!!  We have come to live a little in a virtual world and while some are adapting well, others are not. What I have found important to remember is that no matter our location, we can continue to make a difference in the lives of our customers and clients. We can also continue to build up our fellow REALTORS® in how we act, and what we say.  I want to take a minute to thank you all and applaud you for keeping your clients, customers and fellow agents safe and taking many different precautions for them as well as your own family as you continue to do business. We all are one family and we need to remember that while we agree and disagree, it is important to maintain respect to everyone.

We have a few great events coming up.   The WRA Convention on Sept 14-16 is being delivered to us virtually this year. In the past some folks have not been able to give up the time or expense to attend in person, so a great virtual option is available this year.

RASCW has a live event coming up!  It might be time to bust out of the home and have fun but still maintain social distance and stay a little in your bubble or in this case, stay in your car! Please mark your calendar for Saturday Sept 12 and come out to the Duck Pond and drive in and enjoy the fundraiser benefit for Movin’ Out!  Your ticket will include dinner (all boxed up) and a Movie (ET) so come on out and have some fun!! 5-8 PM! Get your tickets early, this will sell out!!

Lastly, watch for more information coming soon about the NAR National Convention in November! While it would have been fun to be in New Orleans this year, you can hang out in your jammies and enjoy the top level National Speakers and the full conference virtually!

Thank you again for being so supportive of each other and maintaining professionalism.
