Join a strong network of real estate professionals through the REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW). Membership is individual, not company-wide, and open to both REALTOR® and Affiliate Members. Benefits of joining include newsletters with up to date industry information, educational offerings, dispute resolution, networking events, sponsorship and advertising opportunities, advocacy, and consumer outreach.

- Allow two business days for application processing, office transfers, terminations, and other requests.
- To join as a REALTOR® member, you must complete the online Membership Application and pay initiation fees and prorated dues.
- Contact your office before applying to ensure you follow any special procedures they may have.
- Once you join, you are required to attend a New Member Orientation session within 3 sessions of joining.
- Affiliates: When joining RASCW, at least one member of each company must also join the WRA as a state affiliate member. Additional members from the same company can choose to join RASCW only or join both RASCW & WRA. The WRA Bylaws requires one State Affiliate Membership in the WRA from each industry-related company (including: banks, savings banks, credit unions, mortgage bankers, and other related lending institutions; abstract and title companies; attorneys; appraisers; builders and developers; management companies; and home inspectors) affiliated with a local Member Board. Other qualified persons may be Local Affiliates or both.
