September sales of single family and condominium homes continued a strong year throughout the South
Central Wisconsin MLS market region. All areas reported increased sales over last year with the exception of
Rock County (down just 6 sales) and Dane County (down 4.7%). All areas had increases in median sale prices
for the month.
