(MADISON, Wis.) – The REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin is partnering with the South Bay Association of REALTORS® (SBAOR), marking the first expansion of RASCW’s NextKey e-campus beyond its Wisconsin roots.
Developed and owned by RASCW, NextKey is an online education platform designed to provide practical, accessible professional development for real estate professionals at every stage of their careers. Through this partnership, SBAOR members will gain access to NextKey’s growing library of education, tools and resources, extending the platform’s reach to real estate professionals outside Wisconsin for the first time.
“REALTORS® are navigating a profession that continues to change, and our responsibility as an association is to make sure they have the tools and education to grow with it,” Cheryl Mortvedt, RASCW President said. “NextKey is an investment in our members and in the future of our profession. Seeing a platform created here at RASCW now reach professionals beyond Wisconsin is an exciting milestone and an opportunity to create even greater value through collaboration.”

NextKey was launched by RASCW in April 2025.
