BrokerBot is powered by AI, so it can answer many of the questions our members ask every day, giving you immediate access to information whenever you need it.

BrokerBot can answer questions about RASCW member resources, SCWMLS policies and procedures, and MLS tools, including topics like (but not limited to):

If BrokerBot can’t answer your question, you have the option to speak with a human. Your question will automatically be sent to the RASCW team, and a staff member will follow up with you.
Lastly, like any AI tool, BrokerBot may occasionally make mistakes, and it can’t access members’ personal or confidential information.
