RASCW Minority Scholarship Program Expands Opportunities in Real Estate
The REALTORS® Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW) is advancing diversity in the industry through its Minority Scholarship Program, designed to remove financial barriers for new real estate professionals.
Eligible recipients may receive up to $1,544 in waived fees and dues, including membership and MLS costs, awarded as a reimbursement after one year. The program is open to licensed Wisconsin agents affiliated with a participating broker.
Beyond financial support, RASCW encourages recipients to fully engage in educational and networking opportunities that help build momentum early in their careers. From certification courses to STRIDE, the association’s fall networking event, these programs are designed to strengthen connections, build confidence, and support long-term success in real estate.
Full instructions, requirements, award benefits, and eligibility details can be downloaded in the RASCW Scholarship Application 2026. Applications will be accepted beginning April 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. All scholarship requirements must be completed by June 30, 2027.
