Madison, WI – The REALTORS® Association of South-Central Wisconsin (RASCW) is excited to announce the winners of their Accessory Dwelling Unit Design Competition. Hosted in partnership with the AARP Community Challenge program during Madison Housing Week, the competition aimed to inspire creative and practical solutions for increasing local “missing middle” housing.
The public was invited to view the finalists’ designs at an open house on October 23rd, while an esteemed panel of judges was present to view and discuss them as well.
The top two designs were awarded $4,500 each, and two finalists were awarded $1,000 each to showcase their designs.
The winners consisted of:

● Julie Graham (STIR STUDIO LLC)
The finalists consisted of:
● Philip Ashby (Humble Haus LLC)
● Zhan Chen (Studio Zhan)
