The 2026 Minority Scholarship Program Opens April 1, 2026!
For more than 20 years, the Realtors Association of South Central Wisconsin (RASCW) has supported diversity in the real estate industry through its Minority Scholarship Program.
RASCW believes that increasing minority representation among real estate professionals helps expand homeownership opportunities for minority buyers, strengthening and diversifying our communities. This scholarship program was created to advance that mission by providing meaningful financial assistance and professional support to individuals pursuing a career in real estate.
