Applications

  • I just submitted my REALTOR® application. How long until I can access my account?
    • Please allow 2 business days to process your application.
  • I submitted my REALTOR® application but I haven’t received my Paragon login information.
    • If it’s been more than 2 business days and you filled out the MLS User application please give us a call at 608-240-2800, Press 2. 
  • I haven’t received information about my eKey.
    • If it’s been more than 2 business days and you filled out the eKey application please give us a call at 608-240-2800, Press 3. 
  • How much am I going to have to pay in dues?
    • Please click on the appropriate link to the dues schedule below. Note: Depending on the month you apply your dues will be prorated. Annual Billing for RASCW starts in October and Annual Billing for MLS & eKey starts in May.

  • I paid dues in my application but I don’t have access to the MLS yet.

  • Why has my application been delayed?
    • Incorrect office information on application (i.e. missing address, incorrect name, etc.)
    • Filled out incorrect application
    • No letter of good standing (for Secondary REALTOR®/Designated REALTOR® applications only)
    • Applied for MLS office without applying for Designated REALTOR® application
    • Card payment declined or expired (fraud detection or card restrictions)
    • Follow up needed on answers to application questions

Listings

  • Do I need delayed documents? 
    • Yes. You can find the document here. Please send to listings@wisre.com at the time of listing the property in SCWMLS.
  • Can I list a property secondary in another category? 
    • Please call the listings department for assistance at 608-240-2800, Press 1. 
  • Can I secondarily market my listing? 
    • Please call the listings department for assistance at 608-240-2800, Press 1. 
  • I have a listing in the MLS. The Days on Market (DOM) & Cumulative Days on Market (CDOM) are high. I would like to clear out those days to make them zero. Can I do that? 
    • The listing has to be off the Market for a full 31 days. It can be added on the 32nd day.
  • I can’t add or maintain my own listing. How can I fix that? 
    • Please call the Membership Department for assistance at 608-240-2800, Press 4. 
  • How do I get credit for a sale where a buyer is outside the SCWMLS counties?
    • Please call the listings department for assistance at 608-240-2800, Press 1.

Paragon

  • I’m sending out a listing to my clients and an error message popped out that they have been opted out. 
    • Go to the home screen of Paragon and click the blue button “EMAIL OPT BACK IN”. Enter the client’s email and click subscribe.
  • I’m having trouble logging in. I never received the email to reset my password. 
    • Make sure your login is your First Name (SPACE) Last Name with a capital letter for your first letter of your first name and a capital letter for the first letter of your last name. 
    • It will then send you a link via email. 
  • When I open up a new search the search criteria is blank. 
    • You will need to clear your cache. Please see here on how to clear your cache. 
  • How do I do reverse prospecting? 
    • Reverse prospecting is done under the Contacts icon. 
    • Once you have your list of listings click anywhere on the line to make it go green. 
    • Then click launch report. 
  • How do I set up someone on Autosearch? 
    • In order to do this you need a search that has been saved and a contact.
    • Add a contact → Click Buyer Activity → Add Search → Add new saved Search → Put in the criteria → Save the search.
    • Send the Welcome message to the client
